Business Visioning Session
This in-person, 4-hour session is perfect for individuals who are lacking a clear focus that is preventing them from effectively marketing their purpose, services or products. It includes 4 steps and a follow-up report, audio recording, pre-session exercises and lunch (seasonal and local).

Taking Stock: A Brand Review
This 6-hour session, 5-step session is perfect if you are a business or organization that needs to see how effective your current branding and marketing components are before you embark on a rebrand or an overhaul of any components. Have you added new services or products, never had a complete brand or want to serve a new market?

Ideally, your message and visuals are in sync and tie neatly into a clear mission and goals. But this is often not the case and it can reduce the confidence your audience has in you, and prevent you from seizing opportunties if you lack the right tools.

An unfocused, inconsistent brand is also a drain on resources, including employee time, when the right tools are missing.

At each step in the process, I offer my expert guidance on the effectiveness of your current branding elements, I keep us on track and I offer tangible tactics for taking next steps. Includes followup report, audio recording, photos of white board drawings, checklists and lunch (seasonal and local).

What we'll do :
Step 1: Discover. An exercise that captures your greatest strengths and challenges, how you see your company, who your audience is and what they need most.

Step 2: Audit. Gather all company branding and marketing materials and assess them based on Step 1. Are they effective, consistent, and meeting audience needs?

Step 3: Evaluate. Looking closer now, we'll discuss key pieces and ask questions like: Do they meet upcoming opportunities? Does your communication plan require new items? Can any pieces be eliminated or do double duty to save money, time and resources? Are there gaps to be filled, or opportunties you can't seize with what you have?

Step 4: Review competition. Here, we take a look at and discuss the competition, either businesses offering similar products or services, or else organizations competing for similar funds or members. We'll evalute how you stack up and how you can position yourself differently.

Step 5: Looking ahead. We'll establish criteria and justification for a possible rebrand, identify the opportunities that a refreshed brand will create. We'll discuss who should be involved, a likely timeframe and what steps to take.
