CleanWater Services was
becoming widely recognized for its technical innovation in exceeding
EPA standards for stormwater and wastewater treatment. The slow
winding Tualatin River, the main water source for several jourisdictions,
proves a challenge due to rain water as its only source. Its existing
annual reports hadn't been telling their story in a visually compelling
way. They came to Allegro Design to create several reports that
better communicated the many successes and challenges of this organization. Request PDFs.
