A fresh look and a bit of humor attempt to get more commuters
into vans and out of their cars — reducing emmisions, traffic,
stress and other costs to commuters. Van decals identify their
growing fleet. The color scheme ties in with Metro's "Drive
less. Save more." campaign while giving VanPool its own look.

State to brainstorm engaging headlines.
